Laborers International Union of North America has documented and exposed worker exploitation on LeFrak’s current development The Wave at 30 Park Lane North. When questioned about workers working without lunch breaks, not being paid for all hours worked or overtime, and an injured worker being removed from the site in a dumpster, LeFrak denied responsibility.
LeFrak develops and manages apartment buildings like yours across Newport and he has more planned. We want to hear about your experience of living in his buildings. Together we can hold him accountable! All information we gather will be aggregated by building. Individual surveys will remain confidential.
